Sex Kitten Couture: SK Tuesdays : SK at London Fashion Week!!!!

Hi Kittens!

We have exciting news!!! Last tuesday we were invited to take part in the Blogger's Love London Fashion Week event!!!! Blogger's Love is a company that organises events for up & coming designers, so they can showcase their brand & designs to influential press, bloggers & celebrities. We were a tad anxious as to what to expect, but it turned out to be an amazing experience. We can't WAIT to do more events like this!

We got to meet other great designers, fashion bloggers & a few superstars !!! The best part? (yet not that surprising of course :P) They LOVED SK! :D <3

Since this event was in the UK, who better to take with me than best friend & make up artist Caryss Welch (@CRD_HairMakeUp) and her sister fashion blogger & model Romy Desmarais (@rjcdesmarais) to the event. We decided on our SK outfits, each with a diverse look, Caryss made us up into little stunners & we made our way into London.

Set on the 7th floor of a penthouse in the middle of Leicester Square, we walked in to find a super cute little space reserved for us, with nothing less but white roses & a spectacular view of central London. As we set up our awesomely colorful rack, our banner & flyers, we couldn't help but be a little overwhelmed - Who will show up? Who will love us? The excitement was nearly too much to bare.

As guests start strolling in, energy fills the place. This is why I love London. Fashion Bloggers are taking photos of our skirts, asking us when we got started & what's coming next, Press Photographers are snapping away, loving our neon colours & celebrities can't make up their mind about which of our skirts to take home with them. It's completely insane!

The Voice Uk star Leanne Jarvis ends up picking Coral Reef, which will be perfect for an upcoming photo shoot she says. Uk girlband Stooshe are loving our stuff! We end up giving them a couple skirts & can't wait to see them rocking our stuff on their wild nights out in London!! Remember massive uk girlband Misteeq? I used to LOVE them! One of the members Sabrina Washington popped by, rocking a white low cut blazer with slicked back hair & some gold bling - definitely the most stylish woman at the event!!! She loved our skirts & took home Rasta Gal with her!! We can't wait to see how she styles it up! Stunning model & presenter Maria Kouka was the most bootylicious at the event for sure!!! We knew she just HAD to get one of our skirts to make that booty take center stage!! She took home Paradisio & after trying it on told us we were right, it makes her booty go POW! ;)

After what seems like only half an hour but was in fact over 2 and a half hours, it's over & we get asked to vacate the area, quickly - in true big city style. Beaming but exhausted, we pack up and relish in the fact that we've made amazing connections tonight & managed to keep our cool in midst of all the fast paced chaos.

London, thank you for having us - Until next time, for even bigger, & better things! ;)
